CPR/AED Certification
The skills you learn in this training program will prepare you to respond to an unresponsive individual in the course of your daily life. For those emergency situations in which an individual is unresponsive, not breathing normally and pulseless, you will learn how to perform conventional CPR using breaths combined with chest compressions of an adequate depth and rate. The skills you will learn in this training program will also prepare you to properly use an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) machine.
First Aid Training
Learn how to respond to common first aid emergencies including burns, cuts, head and neck injuries, and more. There are also pediatric and pet options available.
All classes are instructor led, video based courses that use the American Heart Association's research-proven Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students' learning of skills.
